Bookings

To book someone onto an EVC course simply send an email to info@educationvision.co.uk giving the name of your school, the name(s) of your delegate(s) and the details of the course(s) you would like to book. Course event numbers (currently 2- or 3-digit) are a good way of identifying a specific course.

Alternatively you can use our booking form, especially useful if you are booking for the first time.

Please provide the name and email address of the person to whom the invoice should be sent.

It is helpful to have a school email address for each delegate, alternatively a generic office address can be used.

You will then be sent an invoice confirming the details and the booking will be finally confirmed on receipt of payment.

Payment

Payment for courses must be made in advance.

Payment for on-site bespoke training/CPD/support (including support packages) also must be made in advance, to secure the required date(s).

Payment can be made by bank transfer (preferred) or by cheque.

Cheques should be made payable to Education Vision Consultancy Ltd and sent to:
Athabasca, Falkland Drive, Newbury RG14 6JQ.

Cancellation

Course bookings that are cancelled giving a minimum of 7 days notice will receive a refund of 50%. Where payment has not yet been received, the original invoiced amount will be reduced by 50%. If a delegate is suddenly unable to attend for any reason then a substitute may be sent in their place.

On-site bespoke training/CPD/support that is cancelled giving a minimum of 7 days notice will receive a refund of 50%. Where payment has not yet been received, the original invoiced amount will be reduced by 50%.

Where the minimum notice is not given, the full amount is payable.
