1	Mtg: Programme outline adjusted and confirmed	Overall programme and detail of initial sessions agreed. Further information about school gathered.
2	WS: Staff engagement workshop	Whole-staff presentation and workshop, including visioning activities.
3	Mtg: Agreement of the vision, starting work on the strategy
4	Draft: Consultant completes the vision and strategy, formatting a document for final presentation to governors	Document completed by consultant, signed off by school. Work "priced" at one visit.
5	CPD 1: Training on chosen focus
6	Review 1: Review of progress on delivery of the strategy and the impact of CPD1 on practice	Adjustments to strategy made as necessary. Discussion of issues surrounding the sustainability of funding for ICT.
