About us
Education Vision Consultancy was established by Mark Baker of Newbury, Berkshire, to offer a wide range of high quality and innovative professional development and consultancy services to the education sector.
Mark has taught ICT, mathematics, photography and physics in a range of settings, including state and private sector, at home and abroad. He has also worked as
- Regional Delivery Adviser for Becta, the Government agency once charged with leading the drive to develop the effective use of ICT to support learning
- Adviser for Bracknell Forest Council
- Senior Education Consultant for a major commercial supplier of ICT solutions for education
- ICT leader and classroom teacher

Mark has been trained as a CEOP E-safety Ambassador and as an accredited assessor for the SWGfL 360 Degree Online Safety Mark. He has also successfully completed industry recognised courses for the following project-related areas: Prince2 (project management), Managing Successful Programmes and Change Management. Mark is a South East Grid for Learning Associate, FFT Accredited Consultant and Education Associate and a Serif Approved Adviser. He has an MSc in Computer Science and is a qualified teacher of the deaf.
