FFT Aspire - standard training options

Delegate comments

Brief overview of FFT Aspire. Delegates are welcome to follow along on their own
computers during this 2 hour session. It provides a good overview of FFT Aspire’s
capabilities, without the opportunity to examine the school’s own data in depth.
As such it is particularly suitable for whole-staff training and those who want a
quick, general introduction.

Introduction to FFT Aspire. Single session of approximately 3 hrs duration, mix of
presentation and practical work. Course covers self-evaluation, student explorer,
as well as bench marking and target setting. With a generous time allowance for
practical work, this option is recommended for those senior and middle managers with
a particular need to engage with data and those who would like a more relaxed pace.

Introduction to FFT Aspire, delivered as two, approximately 90 min, twilight sessions (same content as above).

Individual Support Session. For one or two delegates, up to 2 hours, delivered on-site, at your desk or any appropriate location. Can take the form of a general introduction, however the flexibility of the format means that the focus and pace can be driven by the needs and interests of the delegates.

Governor Session. Approximately one hour, focusing on self-evaluation data. Can be built around either the school’s printed Governor Dashboard (paper-based) or the online tool (hands-on).
